Introducing, RPM, The “Green” Machine

This unique, Eco Friendly, two-component, mini-plural component system is available from Global EcoTechnologies, Inc.(GET) for the application of Endura-Flex® materials.  The RPM system is the only repair equipment that can utilize both our Ecosystem® expansion technology and Endura-Tuf ® process. 

Top contractors in the industry have field tested the RPM system and found it to be faster and easier than their previous methods in completing small hand mixed repairs and touch-ups.  The RPM system saves time, reduces waste, and eliminates the need for mobilization of equipment and crew if repairs are needed after job completion.  By using the RPM system for small jobs the applicator can spray apply the 100% solid, zero VOC, catalyzed Endura-Flex® material to 60 mils in a multi-pass, single coat application.  This is not possible with hand-mixed material.

The handheld RPM system consists of a pneumatic dispensing gun and a disposable two-component cartridge with a static mixing tube and spray tip for atomization of the dispensed material.

The RPM system offers precise control in volumetric mix ratios to match the Endura-Flex® material used, thus eliminating off-ratio mistakes.  This system allows the applicator to spray apply hot, on ratio material that results in physical properties equal to those applied with traditional plural-component equipment.

The RPM system has proven itself in the application of field repairs, such as welded pipe joints, shop applications for samples and small parts, and lab applications for test panels.

This unique system will allow the application of the Endura-Flex® material in areas that are prohibitive for equipment use due to remote locations or long distances from manway access.  The RPM system is well suited for confined space use because it does not require solvent purge.
